Hilton Garden Inn Harrisburg East

It was great. The restaurant staff should’ve have been on top of us. Not sure if they were racially profiling. I watched how the other guests were treated and they didn’t stay on top of them. My breakfast was paid for in advance and she couldn’t accept it or didn’t want to believe it. I’m not sure if she wanted extra money. It was a very rude vibe after I proved to her my status as a guest she backed down. The chef was bragging about how he cooks and didn’t make the oatmeal the correct way. I wasn’t the only person who felt that way but didn’t make a big deal about it because there were other items to eat.

Great location - very helpful employees. I had booked for two nights, a Sat/Sun but for some reason the reservation had me there Mon-Wed. But they had plenty of rooms so were able to accommodate me with no issues. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable and easy to control the temp.

I thought it was a continental breakfast then after we ate we got a bill most of your hotels the breakfast is included for as much as you pay for a night stay the breakfast should be included if I knew it wasn't included I would of looked for another hotel

Nearly new in appearance and upkeep. A nice place to stay. Rooms very clean and comfy.

Was a but early arriving and was permitted to check in about 45 minutes before designated time. Desk staff was friendly and cheerful. Very close to a lot of shopping and an easy drive to the farm show complex.
